How Does Embroidery Work?

Design Creation & Conversion
After the design is created, our artist has to convert the file into a special file that plans where each stitch in the design needs to be.
Machine Embroidery
Our embroiderer puts a hoop around the area being embroidered that will be attached to our monogram machine. The hoop size varies depending on the size of the design and the item that it is being placed on. Once the hoop is attached, the color thread is chosen by the embroiderer.
Finishing Touches
The machine then starts sewing the tread into the item until the design is complete. The hoop is removed from the machine, and we clean up the embroidery by removing any stray thread and excess backing.
